The Problem With Blood Glucose Peaks

There's a debate on well for any peak in blood glucose at what point does that point become too high. What when is a peak what we consider too high and again we have to probably define some of that mary you have talked about how you've tried to conceptualize this question. i use two different approaches one was to try to figure out is there any evidence that you know any temporary increase say to 7.8 or 10 millimoles per liter is potentially harmful right? We can talk about that later but maybe let me start with the other approach that shows  that people that are perfectly glucose tolerant don't exceed 10 millimole per liter under normal diets.
