Brock: There's a life cycle in private debt with real estate. They operate in this tiny space. And I don't know if it's value to the investor they're hunting or ego of I want to run a big fund. So we heard that from a lot of brokers as well. We're seeing tons of loans in this little tiny space that I don't think we'd normally see.
