How to Be a Great Listener

So he actually says that why do you need so many people because different people pick up different things? And here's an interesting thing: Actually we are pretty lousy listeners. That's human. Forget about being a goodness and no forget even worse. Let alone be a great listener. You're not going to get there, right? It really facilitates the conversation or the negotiation that you have to do.
