Nuclear Accident at Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant

There was a small release of radiation to the environment. The utility operators had been in conversation and with everything is under control. All safety equipment functioned properly. We are taking more tests and at this point we believe there's still no danger to the public health. But aside from some technicians who might have been exposed to radiation, workers in their cars were checked and rechecked for radiation. Some was found. What was unclear was whether or not the situation would deteriorate further.
