Air India's Transformational Plan Calls for More Aircraft
Air India's order is larger than that of American Airlines, which bought 460 aircraft in 2011. The deal includes both narrow-body and wide-body airplanes. It's all part of Air India's transformational plan called Vihan AI. In Sanskrit, Vihan means the dawn of a new era.
