Phase 2

Owen: In practice we need to do this phase one is like the moral philosophy stuff and then the 1.5 is something in the middle at least a understanding of Owen's or in post maybe it's worth me throwing out some examples. It seems really hard to me to see how you know just convincing people that problems are important leads to a significantly better world in the future because it seems like convincing people that the problems are important most of the time does not lead to people actually doing things where they are now taking responsibility for solving a part of that problem. I would again say this like leadership components of setting the vision and ensuring that all of the balls are not being dropped.
