Can You Be Compassionate in the Workplace?
I would argue that organizations that act ethically and care for their employees, they build brand loyalty. They're weathering this chaos better than people that lead with just rigidity. So you do need, but hold on. What if it takes a couple of months to figure that shit out? Absolutely. There is. You do play video games. I know what Netflix all day. Occasionally. 100% there's nothing wrong with that. But I do want to discourage people from thinking like you can't be compassionate and understanding the workplace.
