I think everybody is kind of like still processing mentally this idea that meat is not bad. And it took me many years, even after going carnivore and seeing the benefit to reconcile in my head that meat was not unhealthy. I don't understand how that is a recipe for cancer. So if you go keto, your blood pressure comes down, your insulin resistance, reverse, reverses,. You get off medication, you lose weight, you build muscle, you sleep better, you're less stressed and you're happier. Does red meat cause cancer? I don't think so.
