Dieting is a distraction from your purpose and it's this coping mechanism. The more that you've dieted, what ends up happening is if you ever have a time where you just go too long without eating,. Your body goes, oh my God, just do it again, justDo it again. And after time, your body gets so smart, it's like, I'm onto your girlfriend. We are shutting down this metabolism. We are slowing down these hormones and enzymes. You're going to cause you to think more about food because we need to eat. It's all workable no matter where somebody is in their journey, you know?
