I'm using social content as such a thing for me right now because I'm really trying to, one of my goals is to get better at it. And so in the beginning, I was saying, okay, on Tuesday, I'm going to write everything that I'm doing for the 30 days and record. So then I'm like, okay, it might take me two days to write it and then it's going to take me two day to film it. It never ends. This last week was my content days and I watched myself.
