Is There a Second Referendum?
I'd suggested in 2015 that maybe there's an argument for having two referendums, one referendum on the principle of leaving and then another referendum on the actual deal. And ironically, the entire establishment went crazy with this idea because they thought it was a trick. They all came out incredibly strongly and completely categorically by Minister, the Chancellor, the whole cabinet, the Labour people, the official remain campaign. Everybody said absolutely not. No tricks from coming. One referendum, the result must stand. It'll stand for a generation. The fact that they did that they'd been showing credibly explicit about it,. Then boomerang when they then tried to say afterwards, oh, well,
