The Third Wave

Ani: I still think that if you're looking at the evolution of organizations, we're kind of going that way. We talked about Alvin Toffler's book called The Third Wave. He said there was an agrarian wave and then industrial wave and so forth. And as one wave recedes, it sort of sweeps around the world. But sometimes one wave is still sweeping around the world whilst another one is receding. It would be interesting to see how that kind of pans out. Ani: My favorite ones are like donkey, and Shrek, and Dory in finding Nemo.
