Is It a Crime to Be a Bully?
Stamine: It is not a crime to be a bully. He was responsible for making sure there were adequate processes for dealing with budding and harassment while he was a speaker. And it's only after he had to accuse himself from the whole issue because of these allegations against him, that we got the system that we got. The bb city has basically very conservative, a reportorial culture. But i sort of this isn't serious that he could have come for our reporting in 20 18. I he didn't.
