The younger anesthesiologists who have been trained in my opinion are scared to induce journal anesthesia in a c-section almost to the point of being irrationally scared and you get these situations where they want to avoid general anesthesia at all costs. You see some very interesting behaviors such as giving someone stun doses of ketamine and basically making them co-antose on ketamine, which is less safe than just taking the bull by the horns and managing the airway. I really do see this this bimole distribution of people who are older who grew up putting people asleep regularly for c-sections who are completely comfortable doing so and then I see people who are 45 or younger who grew
