Two o'clock is a crabpy time to have lunch if you have a job in a life. For me, dinners usually around five. I don't like to eat after six p m. And i've been tracking my sleep for 15 years. So there's your answer. You're pelly not going to do it. Have lunch at noon if you want to just have an early dinner and you'll be just fine.
