Is There a High Tax Civilization?

In the world we're talking about, there is no place for judges or lawyers or politicians or bankers. There are intentional communities where people are trying to practise some things that they feel will be relevant. And before a false tax civilization occurs, obviously partial ones, but that are directed towards a full stac civilization, have to occur. So this is a next endeavor.
