Gretchen Peters: I think many people think that HR departments are on the side of the employee. She says they're never going to side with you if your harasser is a CEO or low level employee. The culture in which we still treat people who have the courage to come forward should be changed, she says. "I'm working towards changing the culture and one of the ways to do that"
