I Don't Run a Water Treatment Plant. Why Do I Care?

i don'think it's obvious to people why we need to care or how that data gets used. The hackning thing in some of this is that it hants like some privacy. If i can impersonate you effectively, and i can target your aunt, who happens to be somewhan at the state department, because i can impersonating sarah effectively, that is a problem. And small amounts of information add up to high quality, valuable information when it's targeted with an attack that thoughtful and considered. You cannot describe this attacke as anything other than thoughtful and considering.
