Willfer: In America, we always talk about actions. But bet the language precedes the action. So you have to have precise language so that people actually communicate and work together on things. And i think one of the big issues in america is there's a lack of clarity with language. We try to fill that lack of clarity With a emotional connection, thoughike. You can't just expect everyone to cut you that slack because they understand what you trid to say.
