Get used to the practice of talking to yourself with very specific, positively phrased questions. And youg you might surprise yourself with the ease. You can actually plot a course for yourself. We've got this huge back log of negative self talk that just creeps up. Don't ask those why questions. Those are always loaded with negativity. The brain is going to answer. So maybe just ju leave the wise alone. Instead, try what and how questions. Any time a negative thought pops up in my life and i'm actually self aware enough to catch it, i can turn it into a project and then start asking questions. That's here we are.
