This a 3 way discussion with my 2 biohacking besties, Nathalie Niddam and Sandy Kruse, who are also podcasters and also women over 50.

We hash out the pros and cons of metabolic gadgets like Lumen and Biosense that claim to help you lose weight. It all sounds rosy and THE gadget you must have. We only hear the good side of these devices…especially if it's an influencer out there trying to sell something.
