Public accountability is a great strategy for adults with a d h d, because it ramps up the consequences for not getting it done. There's a lot of strategies in my book that we could go through, but that can help. If nobody knows i'm cheating, then i'm going to cheat righti’m not going to do it. So it really is learning to know thyself and where where the demons are,. Get them out of the way and use other people to manage yourself.
