Culture Is the Big Thing That Needs to Change
There is a feeling among some of the families, you know, sexism played a part here. And i think to day, from listening to experts that we've heard on this story throughout the day, there is an acknowledgment that culture front and centre. We will make the changes that the report says are needed at both a local and national level. I am sorry. The report clearly show that you were failed by a service that was there to help you and your loved ones to bring life into this world.
