How do we tell people to get out of these situations? The company that's just now upgrading to something that has already been end of life, or the company that is still stuck on weekend maintenance? Take a depends on certain things, right? First of all, how old are you? I completely understand after certain age, you just want to do your job, go back home, kiss your children good night and those things.
