Ryan: I think this story about creating the software could have been tighter. And that could be a me thing since I'm not as curious about software. - The components to a coaching conversation... Hold each other accountable. Declare the highest priority actions. Unpack the problems. Ask them how they are complicit in creating those problems? Help provide solutions & action items for each. Then share feedback.
- Instead of looking for a specific class, find the best teachers and go to them. That’s where the learning happens. In college and out in the real world.

Anything other than “thank you” will rob them of their goal.”
- Meetings – ALWAYS start on time. Don’t ever say, “Well let’s wait for everyone to join zoom.”
