Who Are the Greatest Shooters?

There was a three year period from 1995 to 1997 when the league brought us into the kids' teas and we shot three pointers from 22 feet instead of 23.9. When you go back and watch some of those games like it's clear that someone like Bill Sharman would just in a different era would definitely be in this conversation. Glenn Rice is one Kenny Smith maybe even a BJ Armstrong. Mahmoud Abdul-Rayouf never really had a great three point shooting season outside of the short line. Anyone if you ever see them from that period that has crazy numbers from the mid 90s the numbers are a little bit inflated just keep that in mind.
