Brier moves up his retirement three months with a conditional letter ofaof retirement. He says, heill retire if a replacement has been nominated and approved by the time the courtens it. Under his theory, if bacat a nominee, he's still on the court, he doesn't retire. Where does he get off doing that? I don't understand. And did somebody whisper in his ear? You know, if you wantd really wanted to be a good democrat, you would announce it now.
