Two years ago, at the tender age of 71, i participated in a silo siben a experience in san francisco. And allof a sudden i just started crying, just just sobbing. And i saw her, and i was present as an adult. In the plant experience, you are unable to revisit the tramas or the disconnectsthat happened a long, long time ago. But you can do so in a safe, supported environment and in the presence of people that can hold you - which is your parents couldn't do. That's the one thing that they can do, and that's powerful work.
