Is Running Making You Gain Weight?

About 25% of women who take up a cardio vascular programme, like running and things like that, will see some results with that. The other 75 % do not. And we actually have a very large scale study that shows this. There's about 25 percent of women who actually gain weight if they change nothing with their diet and then just start running. Ad it's not that running is making them gain the weight. It's that the running is triggering hunger and cravings, which is causing over compensation,. which is causing them to gained the weight. So, from my perspective, it's this goldilocks a fact, right? It's like giving the body enough stress help it adapt
