In a UDRP, the domain name has been registered for a long time. It can be very difficult for a panelist in that position to appreciate whether or not the domainname has changed hands. A lot of times people will look into who is history and say, well, you know, had the panelists known that the domain name changed hands,. They would have ordered transfer the domain name. There are situations where if you want to keep the domain name your best move is simply not to respond.
