Anme has written that collaborative organizations function by tatthat. Anme: For me to contribute to the whole generously feels like self sacrifice, and very few people are up for that. And i've heard very similar stories from some of my friends who work in advertising. You know, this focus on individualism rather than the good of the whole department is a big problem.
