Is There a Difference Between Visual and Auditory Imagining?

Some people think of their lives as a story and have a narrative of themselves. But other people don't naturally have stories. Their life is just one thing after another. And I think that's a big individual difference. We're encouraged more to value that second type of experience. You know, living in the now. Two seconds of like real experience. A lot of Buddhism and meditation and stuff. The podcast has lost the true great today. Well, hopefully not. Maybe a clone of me will be.
