Is a Moon a Natural Body?

Ritso i needs to be a natural body that's orbiting a planet. I've always thought of it as being natural. What is a satellite other than like an ultra refined piece of earth that you've somehow now manipulated into a complex technological object? It really does seem like if you just took a chunk of earth and you put it up there. It should count, but i suppose satellites are chunks of earth that we, we've done things to, that we send up into space. And so maybe it shouldn't count.
