What Are Your Values as a Leader?

I'm especially eager to explore how you lead your own organization and then how other leaders can learn from your experiences. So let's start with some basics. How would you describe yourself as a leader? One of my deep beliefs about leadership is I believe in flipping the org chart. The teams that I lead are like the branches reaching up. They eventually get to the to our clients who are the leaves.
