Critchley: QPR as a club and the fan base needed a bit more of John Gregory. The problem we've got with Ainsworth he's probably a little bit too far the other way. Taylor Richards chair and Willock all needed to sort of play my hope is that yes he's always going to play long born but direct direct can be one touch football. I'm praying that something kind of clicks what's also really scary about QPR and we will move on from it.
