Multitasking Is Not Necessary

When should we or when can we really have an honest look and go all right I don't need it in the way that I think that I do? For me multitasking was the biggest lie I was telling myself. It turns out people have different preferences so there there is a scale that can be taken to find out if you tend to score more monochronic which is working one task at a time, or poly chronic which means switching among different tasks juggling and being efficient in them all.
