What's Going on in the Emergency Room?

A 75 year old woman came to the emergency room. She had back been for the past eight years from spinal sinosis. Over the past two weeks, though, the back pain had suddenly worseen out of nover. I do want to examine if the weight lost could have happened independently of the back pain, to start. But i am also going to consider if the process that's causing the worstning of her back pain is also causing her to lose weight.
