Climate Lockdowns - Could Aliens Unite the Planet?

i would have never in a million years thought that the first round of lalkdowns would have worked. Cause i think what it really showed was how many people are completely run by fear and willing to just give up everything. So i think climate lock downs could happen, but i'm hoping they don't.
