Are There Some Red Flags When You're Doing Due Diligence?
A lot of what is called green washing is going on. So companies and mutual funds are trying to look like they're doing something he has to be positive, but they really aren't. You have to be very careful on that aspect as well. Unfortunately, there is no consistency in the industry in ratings,. And i don't see the likelihood of that happening because the raiders all want to agree.
