The Differences Between American and French Cuisine in Paris
It's nice to be an American outside of America. People treat you really well when you're from America, especially if you're from New York. The French are very different than Americans in that they still treat writers as though that is something. They think like, oh, this person's a writer. Like that's a good profession. And so they actually, it's really nice.
