The Effects of Electro-Diagnosis on Early Stage Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
Dr. Matani: I thought this was a useful paper that encourages surgical management of early stage cubital tunnel syndrome in patients, even if they don't have positive electro-diagnostic studies. Median dash score improved from 48.0 to 6.8 after the surgery. A mean follow-up of 37.8 months, the final median prune score was 9.5. We also discussed the negative electro- Diagnostic findings on the ipsilateral arm but compares into the contralateral latency or conduction velocity could be a positive finding.
