The Cultural Shift in Government
Until the 80s very few government ministers were in the office more than one or two days a week. Now all the ministers are involved in execution and they need an army of advisors to give them advice on what they should be doing. It's just a different way of working that people need to get their head around I think. There is like a well established way of leading through giving great advice and through getting great advice before you make your decision.
