Are your six window cleaners incentivized to build up their rounds? I suppose it sounds, no, they're not. They get incentivized on things like getting reviews and productivity but not really in regards to signing customers up. If you get a new customer, yeah, that signs up, you get the first two months of what they spend, you get to keep. Don't do annual bonuses. Like, so look, if you achieve this over the next four, weekly is even better. But most employees don't wanna be thinking about what they're gonna get in 10 years, they're thinking about what we're gonna get at the end of the month.
