The F in EMD Question: Are They Legit?

The patient tells you they have a history of asthma. And now you have this capability to put the patient on. Everything is dispatches difficulty breathing because of that F in EMD question. Are they having difficulty speaking between breaths? Is I listen, I'm gonna flat out tell you I've never worked as a dispatcher. But I sat back there a bunch. Because our station was attached to it.
