The Importance of Team Alignment
I think generally, you know, people are more motivated to do their work when they feel like they're working for somebody that's trying at least to accommodate their request. Team alignment is also a big, big, big part of culture in terms of understanding strategy and being rewarded for doing the right things. And then also having clear expectations about am I doing a good job or am I notdoing a good job? So giving people also just the comfort of knowing where they stand with you at all times is something I've always tried to do.
