The Importance of Understanding Customer Health
Customer success playing a big part in retaining customers and making sure they successful. What would a process look like for you then like trying to understand and putting together a health score for companies? You know what data points are you typically and be looking at and maybe give us an example for a company that's still figuring things out hasn't got all the data they need. Jeff: I think it's easy to fall into this trap that are just so complex right there's so many different factors we see is that there are some health scores out there.
