How to Welcome New Team Members Online

In the post pandemic world that we now live in where we can do things virtually and organizations might not meet together as much in person is it more challenging than to create this sense of belonging? Well I agree with that there is a different chemistry that happens when people physically together you actually get yourself in a different hormonal state. Things like trust very hard to develop that just online you need that personal connection so I agree we're never going to go back to the world that we had and that's fine but we do need to carve out time in order to build that elite level of culture and connection.
