The Future of Markets

Technology is enabling markets to form and operate where they just would have been uneconomic to do so in the past. There's some interesting things happening around green bonds or climate change financing products. Then I affectionately think of this idea of laggard commerce, which is what goods and services do people buy right now that is just not truly a digital experience. And so that is all a user experience challenge. It's not taking something to the cloud, which used to be good enough or whatever.
