Being an employee is a risk management strategy as well. So like imagine if I say, hey, I will cut your lawn and you pay me this much or 50, whatever, 20 bucks, whatever. But now a company says, no, we're going to hire you as the in house lawn. You're the greenskeeper. Seventeen dollars per lawn cut, but you just got a year long contract with me. Right. And it's interesting. The whole interplay that he's exploring here is just that there's various ways with various different types of skin in the game that we can do things.
