The NTSB's Comments on the EAB's Final Accident Report

There are two UPS's which are uninterruptible power supplies that are supposed to kick in immediately if there's a loss of power. They just didn't work in this case and technicians unfortunately made it much, much worse than it needed to be. The NTSB had reviewed the final report by Ethiopian investigators into the 737 MAX crash outside of out of Obama. Their comments reflect those changes that the NTSB has now had a chance to review.
